Before joining Bickers Consulting Group in 2004, Tiffany worked as a trust officer for Union Bank of California and practiced law in Texas, with a specialization in estate planning and administration, guardianships, and corporate law. As BCG’s in-house counsel, Tiffany guides clients in developing and implementing estate plans and succession plans. She also works extensively with the firm’s beverage industry clients, providing guidance in navigating the often complex process of obtaining supplier approval for estate plans, ownership transfers and mergers/acquisitions.
Tiffany has a thorough understanding of wealth preservation, estate planning and succession planning strategies and legal requirements. She is especially knowledgeable about the specialized requirements of beverage industry supplier agreements regarding estate plans, mergers and acquisitions. She therefore plays an integral role in the approval process by augmenting clients’ other counselors to ensure that plans and business transactions comply with the ownership and managerial requirements of these agreements.
For Tiffany, clients’ issues are her issues, and their goals are her goals. So she goes out of her way to help clients address their concerns, resolve conflicts, make tough decisions and achieve their goals. This means being personable, approachable, responsive and willing to go the extra mile to meet their needs. It also means always looking for ways to add value by proactively monitoring changes in their situation and advising them of how to stay aligned with their objectives and in compliance with pertinent agreements.
Tiffany earned her BA from the University of Texas at Austin and holds a Juris Doctorate from Houston College of Law (formerly South Texas College of Law). She is a licensed member of the State Bars of Georgia and Texas and is a member of the Estate Planning and Probate Section of the Atlanta Bar Association.
