Before joining the Bickers Consulting Group team in 2015, Don had an almost 35-year career with Anheuser-Busch.  During his tenure, which began in 1980, Don held various sales and wholesaler management positions, including Region VP in both Detroit, MI and Charlotte, NC, VP of Region Operations, VP Wholesaler Development, and VP of National Retail Sales.  In 2010 he was appointed to the role of Vice President of Business and Wholesaler Development, where he led the development of wholesaler strategies and had overall responsibility for domestic business development.

Don’s background in the beverage industry makes him not just an invaluable asset to the Bickers team, but to our clients as well.  Don is well-liked and respected by the many wholesalers with whom he has worked over the years, due in no small part to his open and honest rapport.

As an active contributor to his community, Don formerly worked with the Cardinal Glennon Development and the Red Cross boards and has previously served as a board member of the Boys & Girls Club of Chicago.  Don was raised in Chesterfield, Missouri and graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.  He and his wife of 34 years, Renee, have 3 sons.
