Kelly joined the Bickers Consulting Group team in 2015.  She previously had a 15 year career with Anheuser-Busch where she first began working in 2000.  While there, she held multiple positions of increasing responsibility including Project Manager Wholesaler Succession Planning and Director Business & Wholesaler Development.  Kelly worked extensively with Anheuser-Busch wholesalers on estate planning, brand distribution rights transfers, and sales and merger transactions, providing planning and direction to wholesalers and their advisors while managing the Anheuser-Busch review and approval process.  She has worked very closely with beverage industry clients building relationships and navigating the often complex supplier approval process.

Because Kelly has extensive knowledge and experience in the beverage industry, she is very familiar with supplier agreements and the process for ensuring that estate plans, ownership transfers, shareholder agreements, and trusts comply with them.  She also brings an understanding of financial and operational issues involved in running a business and can help clients with a broad range of service needs, from supplier approval and estate planning to due diligence and business mergers and acquisitions support.

Kelly is very approachable and easy to talk to.  She goes out of her way to help clients by understanding their goals and concerns and is always looking for ways to add value by proactively making suggestions.  She uses her knowledge and expertise to meet clients’ needs and is readily available as a resource that clients can call on and rely on to get the job done.

Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Masters in Business Administration from University of Missouri – St. Louis.
